Rogelio Babanto: Hello! How are you doing, today? I was born and raised in the Philippines. Currently, I live in Texas, a lonestar state. I am a scorpio born last November 14 in the small town of Mindanao named Pagadian City which is t h e capital city of Zamboanga del Sur. Mindanao is the third island of the Philippines which is almost the same shape and size of Texas. I took my Art from ICS (International Correspondent School) in Pennsylvania and graduated 1987.
